It states that between December 15 and March 15, “all passenger vehicles registered in Quebec must be equipped with winter tires.” And this includes motorcycles. WebFrom December 1 to March 15, ALL tires mounted on a TAXI or PASSENGER VEHICLE must be specifically designed for winter driving. Offenders will be required to pay a fine ranging from $200 to $300. No demerit points will be deducted for such an offence, however.
