WebThe EBA’s final Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) guidelines are the first step in implementing the Basel Committee’s 2016 IRRBB Standards at the EU level, and include a number of important changes. Implementation is scheduled for 30 June 2024, with transitional arrangeme nts for specific pro visions until 31 December 2024.
