These actions would put the child in the “mandated” CSA WebIf you believe your family needs assistance with a CHINS issue, schedule an appointment with an intake officer (703-246-2495) to assess the situation. It is important that your child also attend the appointment. Webappointment is necessary. Petitions can be filed at either location, but hearings will occur in the courthouse corresponding to the zip code the parent resides in.
